We're looking for a proven solar sales professional who wants to close deals, build a team, and earn at the next level.
Sunlight is expanding its inside and outside marketing operations, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help turn our growing lead flow into sales.
We provide the leads. You bring the sales experience, closing ability, and leadership.
Our target compensation opportunity is $20,000 per month, with the potential to reach $25,000–$30,000+ per month as marketing expands and your trained sales team grows. Actual earnings depend on sales production, team performance, and the applicable compensation plan.
YOUR INCOME HAS MULTIPLE UPSIDE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING A BASE
Personal sales commissions: Earn by closing your own residential Coolwall, Roof, Window or Solar deals.
Team overrides: Earn additional compensation on qualifying sales made by representatives you train.

Convert company-provided leads into signed solar contracts.
Manage your personal sales pipeline and follow-up.
Train and develop sales representatives.
Improve team closing rates and sales productivity.
Earn overrides on qualifying sales made by representatives you train.
Work toward monthly sales targets and performance bonuses.
Help grow our sales presence across San Diego and Riverside Counties.
