Physical Demands & Working Conditions
• Environment: High-volume c-store with daily exposure to noise, fuel areas, food prep spaces, and cold temperature
extremes (walk-in refrigerators/freezers). Fits 95% indoor work.
• Stamina: Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strength: Move/push/pull up to 20 lbs with a hand truck; lift and carry up to 30 lbs from ground to overhead, and up to 60 lbs
to waist level (restocking shelves/syrup refilling).
• Mobility: Ability to bend, twist, and climb ladders as needed for daily store tasks.
Follow all safety regulations (e.g., fuel spill reporting), wear required non-slip shoes, and adhere to
state mandated meal and rest break laws.
• Experience: Prior experience working in gas stations, truck stops, or quick-service restaurants is a strong plus.
