CAL-LAWYER PLC is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Client Development & Intake Specialist to join our growing law firm.
We are looking for a personable, professional, and organized individual who enjoys speaking with people and identifying client needs. The ideal candidate is attentive, eager to learn and grow, and demonstrates a positive attitude.
No prior legal experience is required. The selected candidate will receive training on our firm's practice areas, common case types, client intake procedures. This training will help the candidate develop the knowledge needed to identify potential cases that align with our services, ask appropriate preliminary intake questions, and refer qualified inquiries to our attorneys for a case review.

• Handle incoming calls and conduct initial intake with prospective clients.
• Learn the firm's practice areas and identify potential cases that align with our services.
• Maintain accurate records for prospective and current clients.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and case managers.
