CAL-LAWYER Professional Law Corporation is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Attorney
or Law Clerk to join our growing firm on a part-time, contract basis. We welcome newly
licensed California attorneys, recent law school graduates, and qualified law students who are
eager to gain hands-on experience, develop practical legal skills, and grow professionally with
our expanding firm.
Responsibilities:
• Draft motions, pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written arguments.
• Assist with real estate, probate, business matters, and civil litigation.
• Organize case files, review documents, and assist with case preparation.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, manage deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Attend court hearings and trials as appropriate to the position and qualifications.
Qualifications:
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple assignments.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and develop practical legal skills.
• Interest in real estate, probate, business law, and civil litigation.
• Active California Bar license required for attorney duties. Qualified law students and
other eligible candidates may be considered for law clerk duties.
Position Type: Part-Time, Contract
