Shift: 1st Mon - Fri 7:00AM - 4:00PM (with potential OT)
Pay rate: $23.00/hr *Get Paid Weekly!

Job Summary
The Counter Sales Representative assists customers with product selection, generates sales, and provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with product selection and recommend materials to meet their needs.
• Process customer orders and prepare merchandise for pickup.
• Maintain product displays and stay current on inventory, products, and suppliers.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and moving materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical supplies or construction materials preferred.
• Ability to learn product lines, applications, and supplier offerings.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks and safely move materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in electrical supplies or the construction industry preferred.
**Physical Requirements and Work Environment**
Requires standing, sitting, reaching, and operating a computer and other equipment. Must be able to regularly move materials weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in an office or warehouse environment, with possible exposure to dust and seasonal temperature changes.
