Position Summary:
The Senior Production Line Worker is responsible for supporting continuous line production while ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. This role involves monitoring product quality, assisting with machine operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production line to ensure product meets standards (proper cook, garnish, consommé, weight, sealed lid/plastic, and no product damage).
Conduct regular quality checks and complete quality control reports accurately.
Learn to operate and assist with various production machines, including starting/stopping equipment and notifying leads for mechanic troubleshooting.
Remove product from the line when machines stop and reintroduce product once the line resumes.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist with flavor changes and deep cleaning in production areas.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (safety glasses, bump cap, boots, and blue gloves when assisting with washing).
Qualifications:
MUST have experience in Food Manufacturing or Manufacturing environment
Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Willingness to learn machine operations and production processes.
Strong communication skills to report issues to leads and mechanics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
Schedules: 7am, 4pm, 12am, & 1am
