Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using manual or machine methods.
Operate commercial dishwashing machines and monitor water temperature and detergent levels.
Hand‑wash large pots, pans, and specialty items that cannot go through machine
Scrape and pre‑rinse dishes before loading to prevent machine clogs.
Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
Clean and sanitize sinks, floors, walls, counters, and appliances.
Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food prep support, unloading deliveries, and restocking.
Remove trash, recycling, and clean garbage containers.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
