Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience preferred for technicians and lead installers
• Experience diagnosing, servicing, repairing, or installing HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills
• Must be dependable and show up ready to work
