Jingwei Logistics is recruiting for a carrier client. Drivers are hired directly by the carrier as W-2 employees. No fees to applicants.
Openings: 4 teams + 2 solo drivers
Report to: Chino, CA
Lane / freight: Denver dedicated (primary); occasional Utah/Washington runs when Denver freight is light | Dry van | Drop-and-hook
PAY (W-2, paid weekly)
- Team: $0.85/mile per truck, split between both drivers
- Typical: about 6,000–6,500 truck miles/week, roughly $2,500–$2,700 gross per driver per week. Not guaranteed; varies with freight and weather.
- Solo: $0.65/mile
- Loaded and empty miles paid at the same rate
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- 6–7 days out, home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- No lodging provided. You must get yourself to Chino, so this is best for Southern California–based drivers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A; 2+ years of actual driving, including 6+ months OTR
- Snow and mountain driving experience
- Proper ELD use and HOS compliance
- Current DOT medical card; must pass the DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must meet FMCSA English-language proficiency requirements
- Teams preferred. Solo drivers interested in team driving may apply; pairing is up to the carrier.
