We are a smaller manufacturing company in Santa Ana looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our shop team. If you enjoy using tools, building things, and working in a woodshop-type environment, this could be a great fit.
We make architectural concrete form liners used on construction projects throughout the country. Our shop has several departments involved in making our products. Some positions involve regular, repetitive production work, while others involve building molds, working with tools, and preparing materials. Depending on workload, employees may also have opportunities to learn new skills and help in other areas of the shop. We need people who are flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Show up reliably and arrive on time
• Enjoy hands-on shop work and are comfortable with hand and power tools
• Have a good attitude, follow instructions, and work safely
• Are willing to learn and help in different departments when needed
• Can work as part of a team and take pride in a job well done
Woodworking, construction, manufacturing, or general shop experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the right person.
WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY
• Full-time, Monday through Friday | Day shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Overtime available
• Santa Ana, CA
• Starting pay: Minimum wage to start – DOE (depending on experience)
