We are looking for a reliable, experienced general maintenance technician or handyman to assist with maintenance and repairs at multiple residential rental units in the Irving/Dallas area.
Types of work may include:
General maintenance and minor repairs
Plumbing repairs
Basic electrical work within applicable licensing requirements
Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Drywall patching and touch-ups
Installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Other routine rental property maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Experience with residential property maintenance
Reliable, professional, and responsive
Reasonable and competitive pricing
Ability to provide estimates before starting work
Must have any required licenses and insurance for the work performed
