• Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, crew members, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Coordinate final details, punch lists, and project completion.

• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and general construction practices.
• Working familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and other residential trades.
• Ability to accurately read scopes of work, plans, measurements, and construction specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, motivated, and comfortable working as part of a small team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of residential construction, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional weekend work as needed.
• Residential remodeling, repairs, and reconstruction following water or mold damage.
