Volt is immediately hiring for 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Lead Technician in Fullerton, CA.
The FSQA Lead Technician supports food safety, quality, and sanitation programs by conducting inspections, reviewing records, training QA staff, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
As a Quality Assurance Lead Technician, you will be:
Conduct pre-op sanitation inspections and line clearance verifications.
Perform ATP, environmental, allergen, and gluten testing.
Review HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and quality records.
Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
Monitor food safety and quality compliance on the production floor.
Train and mentor QA Technicians.
Assist with continuous improvement and SOP development.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 pm to 6:30 am.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing.
HACCP Certification and/or PCQI required.
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, sanitation, and food safety systems.
Audit experience (SQF, FDA, internal, or third-party) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
