Mom's pizza and pasta is expanding and we are looking to hire experienced, talented, passionate pizza and line cooks.
We are only interviewing candidates with experience in Italian food and Pizza making.
Responsibilities:
• Cook and prep high-quality Italian dishes and pizzas.
• Oversee inventory, ordering.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and consistency.
• Train, motivate, and support team members.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of pizza and Italian food cooking experience. (Italian food preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of portion control, and kitchen safety.
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
