Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team in Kearny Mesa. This entry-level role involves inspecting small components, performing checks under a microscope, and ensuring products meet company and customer specifications in a clean-room environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of device components and finished products.
Work under a microscope for extended periods throughout the shift.
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
Review work orders, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance.
Document inspection results accurately in Excel and quality systems.
Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
Support quality audits, safety programs, and 5S initiatives.
Assist with packaging and other quality-related tasks as needed.
Cross-train in additional inspection and production functions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level candidates welcome; manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus.
Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other inspection tools preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to follow procedures and work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience:
Medical device, semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience.
Clean-room manufacturing experience.
Quality inspection or quality assurance experienced.
Experience reading blueprints or mechanical drawings.
