VIP Honda is looking for an experienced, driven, and customer focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who can maximize profitability while delivering a transparent, efficient, and positive customer experience.
As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with sales staff, lenders, and customers to secure financing options, present protection products, and ensure every deal is completed accurately and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Structure, finalize, and fund automotive retail and lease deals
- Present and sell finance and insurance products professionally and ethically
- Work with banks and lending institutions to secure competitive approvals
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Maintain accurate deal documentation and funding processes
- Partner with sales managers to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
- Utilize Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and dealership systems daily
- Review contracts for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Help maintain strong CSI and online reputation standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive lending and compliance regulations
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
- Proven track record in product penetration and deal structure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
