Job Description
We are hiring one full-time Warehouse Associate for returns processing at a warehouse in Ontario, California.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and move products weighing approximately 20–110 lbs, using team lifting or appropriate equipment when necessary.
Unpack returned merchandise.
Inspect returned products for damage or missing parts.
Replace parts as needed.
Clean and prepare products for resale.
Repackage merchandise.
Assist with general warehouse organization and stocking.
Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Previous warehouse or returns processing experience is preferred but not required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Approximately 40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break each workday.
Compensation
Regular pay: $19.00 per hour.
Overtime pay: 1.5 times the regular rate for qualifying hours worked over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per workweek.
Double-time pay: 2 times the regular rate when required by California law.
Payment options may include cash or Zelle, subject to applicable payroll, tax, and wage-payment requirements.
All wages will be paid and documented in accordance with applicable law.
