I am an established, licensed, and insured general contractor in Los Angeles with over 15 years of construction experience, specializing in ADUs, custom homes, residential construction, renovations, and remodeling.
I'm looking for a serious, experienced, and committed business partner who is ready to invest their time, energy, expertise, and resources into growing a successful construction company together.
Who I'm Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Ability to independently generate qualified leads, develop relationships, and close projects.
- Someone who understands marketing, branding, and how to build a consistent pipeline of construction projects.
- An entrepreneurial individual willing to invest in the growth of the business.
- Someone honest, ambitious, reliable, and ready to make a long-term commitment.
- Preferably someone with existing connections in construction, real estate, or property management.
How We Work Together
Your Role: Take full responsibility for business growth, including marketing, lead generation, sales, client relationships, and developing new opportunities.
My Role: Manage all construction operations, subcontractors, project execution, scheduling, and quality control.
