General Laborer / Packer – Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for packing, labeling, sorting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assists with general warehouse duties to ensure products are handled accurately and daily production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Pack products into boxes, cartons, or containers according to company standards.
Inspect products for damage, defects, and quality issues before packing.
Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping.
Sort, count, and organize products and materials.
Load and unload boxes, supplies, and other materials as needed.
Move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks.
Meet daily production, packing, and quality requirements.
Work with team members and supervisors to complete assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to perform general labor and packing duties.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials according to job requirements.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
