NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN / SKILLED HANDYMAN

Pay: $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience
One Stop Source is an established construction, restoration, and property maintenance company serving the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Orange County areas.
We are looking for experienced, dependable, and motivated construction professionals to join our growing team.
This position is for someone with hands-on experience in multiple construction trades who can work efficiently, solve problems, and deliver professional-quality results with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drywall installation, patching, finishing, and texturing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Stucco repairs and patching
- Carpentry, framing, and wood repairs
- Plumbing repairs and fixture installations
- Flooring, tile, and general property repairs
- Water damage restoration and reconstruction
- HOA and residential property maintenance
- General construction and remodeling work
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of multiple construction trades
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Own basic hand tools preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work professionally
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands construction, and doesn't need constant supervision. Experience in drywall, painting, plumbing, stucco, and carpentry is especially valuable.
Compensation:
- $20–$35 per hour based on experience and skills
