We are looking for caring, dependable, and responsible individuals to support participants with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Job Responsibilities
Provide companionship and support to assigned participants.
Assist participants with daily activities and community outings.
Encourage independence, social interaction, and participation in everyday activities.
Travel between participants’ homes and transport participants to daily activities using your own vehicle.
Complete a daily report documenting activities and services provided.
Requirements
Must pass Background check
Must have Driver license and Car Insurance
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Must be willing to travel between participants’ homes.
Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and responsible.
Must be able to complete daily written reports.
Additional Benefits
Mileage reimbursement for eligible work-related travel, in addition to hourly pay.
