Total Zen Janitorial is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team!
Position Details:
- Location: North County (Vista, Oceanside, and surrounding areas)
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
- Hours:25–30 hours per week
- Start Time: 2:00 PM (flexible start time)
- Work Locations:Multiple properties per day
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean hallways, stairwells, elevators, and common areas
- Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors as needed
- Sweep and maintain outdoor walkways and common areas
- Restock restroom supplies
- Report maintenance issues or areas needing attention
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Must have a valid, active driver's license
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to manage time efficiently while servicing multiple properties
- Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Total Zen Janitorial está buscando una persona responsable, trabajadora y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo de limpieza.
Detalles del Puesto:
- Ubicación: North County (Vista, Oceanside y áreas cercanas)
- Horario:Domingo a jueves
- Horas:25–30 horas por semana
- Hora de entrada: 2:00 PM (horario flexible)
- Lugares de trabajo: Se limpian varias propiedades durante el día
Responsabilidades:
- Barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
- Limpiar y desinfectar baños
- Vaciar botes de basura y cambiar bolsas
- Sacudir y limpiar superficies
- Limpiar pasillos, escaleras, elevadores y áreas comunes
- Limpiar puertas de vidrio, ventanas y espejos según sea necesario
- Barrer y mantener limpias las banquetas y áreas exteriores
- Rellenar suministros de los baños
- Reportar problemas de mantenimiento o áreas que necesiten atención
- Completar todas las tareas de limpieza asignadas de manera eficiente y detallada
Requisitos:
- Tener licencia de conducir válida y vigente
- Contar con vehículo propio y confiable para trasladarse entre propiedades
- Ser una persona responsable, puntual y detallista
- Poder trabajar de manera independiente sin supervisión constante
- Saber organizar su tiempo para completar la limpieza de varias propiedades
- Poder realizar trabajo físico, incluyendo agacharse, levantar objetos y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados
