HR Direct Services is currently hiring an Experienced CNC Press Brake Operator for a full-time opportunity!
We are looking for a skilled, dependable individual with hands-on experience operating CNC press brake machinery in a manufacturing environment.
POSITION DETAILS:
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Program and adjust press brake settings using machine software.
Perform accurate measurements and calculations, including fractions and decimals.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Safely handle and move sheet metal materials.
Monitor equipment operation and make necessary adjustments.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of CNC press brake operating experience preferred.
Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar CNC press brake equipment.
Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.
Knowledge of press brake programming and machine setup.
Ability to perform fraction-to-decimal conversions and basic shop math.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be dependable and available for overtime.
