Minuteman Press of Carlsbad is seeking a dynamic Production Graphic Artist with excellent communication skills, super attention to detail, strong work ethic and of course creativity. Experienced, down-to-earth team looking for the right person to fit in and enjoys working with a smile. Casual but very fast paced office that operates as a team to deliver a high quality product and service. We do all types of graphics from printing on paper, to T-shirts to large trade displays. Great group to be apart of!
When our full-time artist takes time off or we're busy and need help, need a backup person to help us out.
Requirements:
• Good Mac, Adobe CS, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
• Has the creativity to create amazing designs, but also the patience to do simple jobs as well.
• Able to multi-task and thrive with managing several jobs and changing priorities.
• Digital Production experience is very helpful.
• Enjoys details and getting job done correctly.
Job Description:
• Create graphic revisions and prints upon request.
• Manage projects, completing them by their deadlines.
• Have schedule flexibility for any last-minute projects.
• Maintain equipment, backing up, and archiving projects according to our proven system.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Successfully manages their time, work flow and schedule in order to meet daily plans.
• Team Player, proactive and self motivated.
• Print shop experience a plus
• Enjoys creatively working with top notch machines and people to Amaze our customers daily!
