Resolved Tax Relief is a BBB Accredited tax resolution firm helping individuals and businesses nationwide resolve IRS and state tax problems. We work alongside Tax Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and CPAs to give clients real, structured solutions and a fresh financial start. We're growing fast and adding to our Irvine team.
THE ROLE
You'll work inbound leads and scheduled appointments, no cold calling. On each call you'll run a detailed discovery conversation, review the client's tax and financial situation, and enroll qualified clients into our investigation and resolution programs. This is a consultative phone role backed by experienced leadership, structured training, and a full CRM system.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage inbound leads and your own pipeline
- Follow up on web inquiries and scheduled callbacks
- Identify tax issues and pre-qualify prospects
- Present investigation and resolution options
- Enroll qualified clients into the right program
- Work in our CRM (IRS Logics experience a plus)
- Keep consistent follow-up and build lasting client relationships
