BILINGUAL COLLECTION SPECIALIST
ENGLISH & SPANISH REQUIRED | $21/HOUR + COMMISSIONS
CALL CENTER | IN-OFFICE POSITION | SANTA ANA, CA
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Collection Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing Santa Ana call center team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $21/hour base pay PLUS commissions
- W-2 employee position
- Paid weekly

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Rotating Saturday shifts required.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Assist customers with billing questions and account resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment commitments.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection and performance goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English and Spanish — REQUIRED
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, and/or billing preferred.
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
