Work 3am-11am, Afternoons YOURS to Keep
Tired of working all day? Typically, we finish by 11am.
We are a well-established awning maintenance company servicing shopping centers, restaurant chains, retail properties, residences throughout Orange and San Diego counties. We clean, paint, and repair commercial awning structures — and we do it before the rest of the world wakes up.
THIS JOB IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:
• You're a student with afternoon/evening classes
• You're a morning person who hates wasting afternoons at work
• You're a parent who needs to be home by noon
• You have a construction, landscaping, or janitorial background
• You want steady, reliable M-F work with the same company long-term
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Clean, paint, and perform minor repairs on commercial awning structures
• Work at shopping centers, restaurant chains, and some residences
• Handle equipment including 50lb hose reels and ladders
• Drive to job sites throughout Orange County (gas/mileage reimbursed)
• Drive to weekly San Diego County job sites (ride sharing available)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
✅ Valid California Driver's License — non-negotiable
✅ Reliable — we start approximately 3am, no exceptions
✅ Physically able — this is outdoor, hands-on work
✅ Minimum 2 references
✅ Prior construction, landscaping, or janitorial experience a plus
WHAT YOU GET:
• Hours: 3am – 11am, Monday through Friday
• Afternoons completely free
• $19-22/hour
• Stable, long-term position with a small, tight-knit crew
• Consistent work — we have established commercial clients
