We are looking for a field marketer/canvasser to help grow our rapidly expanding company. Ecostar Remodeling & Construction is a large, well-known home improvement and remodeling construction company serving all of Southern California and Northern California.
Job Type: Full-time only, no remote work
Pay Range: $18 – $25 per hour (plus daily bonuses and generous commissions) paid weekly

What You’ll Do:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify homeowners interested in remodeling services.
Educate potential customers on the high-quality construction solutions offered by Ecostar Remodeling & Construction.
Generate leads to be transitioned to the Ecostar Remodeling & Construction team for appointment setting.
Must be Authorized to work in the United States.
Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required. You will receive on-the-clock training.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, outgoing personality, and "thick skin" (resilience to rejection).
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work outdoors.
Licensing: Reliable transportation (required for travel to various field locations).
