We are a locally owned company—not a staffing agency—with four licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) serving seniors in the Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City, and Wildomar areas.
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking caregivers to join our team. If you enjoy caring for seniors and making a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
Prepare nutritious meals
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Provide companionship and compassionate care
Care for residents who may have dementia or incontinence
Work as part of a team (you will typically work alongside another caregiver)
Qualifications
Must speak and understand English well
Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
Prior RCFE or caregiving experience is preferred but not required
Training is provided
Employment Requirements
Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:
Live Scan Fingerprinting
TB Test
First Aid Certification (online course accepted)
Ability to pass required background screening
Schedule
Full-Time Position
Weekend availability is required
Additional weekday shifts are included
