SANCTUARY EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
Yoga, Boutique & Guest Experience – La Jolla

Trilogy Sanctuary is looking for a warm, organized and highly capable Sanctuary Experience Coordinator to join our team.
Trilogy brings together yoga and aerial, our organic rooftop café, TOTEM Boutique and community events. Located at the center of it all, the Sanctuary Experience Coordinator helps connect guests with the full Trilogy experience.
This is a hands-on position combining guest service, boutique sales, membership outreach, yoga program administration and daily studio operations. You will often be the first and last person a guest speaks with, so genuine connection, strong communication and follow-through are essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable, thoughtful service
• Operate the front desk and TOTEM Boutique
• Help guests find the right memberships, classes, workshops, events and products
• Conduct personal outreach to members and prospective guests
• Respond to customer questions by phone, email and in person
• Manage class scheduling, instructor substitutions and room schedules
• Support private class bookings, teacher trainings and workshops
• Maintain boutique displays, inventory and backstock
• Help keep yoga spaces, props and aerial equipment organized and ready
• Work across platforms including Mindbody, ClassPass, Shopify, NetGym and Trilogy’s website
• Assist with graphics, signage and social media when aligned with your strengths
• Track attendance, outreach activity and program information accurately

• Confident recommending and selling services without being pushy
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms
• Able to manage changing priorities in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in yoga, wellness, community and conscious living
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, administration, sales or the wellness industry is helpful
COMPENSATION
This is an hourly, non-exempt position paying. Team members are also eligible for performance incentives tied to membership growth and boutique sales after completing the required training.
