EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
- Provides strategic leadership and vision to ensure the effective operation of the care facility.
- Oversees the development and implementation of policies.
- Manages organizational resources efficiently.
- Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrates integrity, adaptability, and strong leadership skills in managing operations and advancing agency objective.
- Shall be available on a 24-hour basis utilizing the cell phone system.
-Be compliant with on-going in-service training.
- Rate of pay, $52/hour, depending on experience.
DIRECT CARE SUPPORT STAFF
- Associate degree in Human Services or three years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities service delivery system.
- Ability to communicate in the individual’s preferred language and respect the individual’s and family’s culture.
- Knowledge of the regional center system.
- FBI/DOJ clearance required prior to employment.
- Health screening clearance with TB test results.
- Assistance provided to obtain a current Standard First Aid/CPR card
- Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, vehicle registration, and DMV printout required.
- Rate of pay: $23.50/hour.
CAREGIVERS
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Spanish fluency required.
- Clean FBI/DOJ background check.
- Assistance provided for obtaining standard First Aid/CPR certification.
- Must have an automobile and valid driver’s license with DMV printout.
- Flexible work hours required.
- Rate of pay, $21/hour.
