Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing countertop manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, employee leadership, production scheduling, process improvement, quality control, and safety management. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Leading, training, and developing production employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring production performance and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensuring all employees follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Collaborating with Senior Management to maintain smooth operations.
- Managing labor resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating material needs to support production schedules.
- Identifying and resolving production issues, equipment concerns, and process bottlenecks.
- Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience implementing process improvements and reducing production costs.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
