Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser/Sales Representative to join our vibrant retail team. In this role, you will execute effective merchandising strategies, enhance product presentation, and drive sales growth across various retail outlets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a keen eye for visual design to ensure that our brand standards are consistently met. Responsibilities
Implement and maintain planograms to optimize product placement and visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with store management to execute remodeling projects, interior design updates, and store layouts.
Conduct merchandising stockings, inventory management, and stock replenishment activities using mobile devices and POS systems.
Lead training and development initiatives for store staff on merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays, schematics, and promotional materials.
Supervise the use of material handling equipment, ladders, and manual handling procedures safely during remodeling or stock movement tasks.
Manage pricing strategies, promotional displays, and branding consistency across multiple retail locations.
Oversee store management tasks including cleaning, inventory control, cash handling, cashiering, and organization of retail spaces.
Communicate effectively with clients and store teams to ensure alignment on merchandising plans and sales objectives.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze retail math data to identify growth opportunities.
Support visual design initiatives that enhance customer experience through creative merchandising solutions.
Qualifications:
Looking for Merchandisers (2)
Must have own transportation.
Won’t have a set schedule, (will be an open schedule)
will have a specific route ( Orange county / San diego surroundings)
will earn commission (12% percent)
