We are The Knotstop, a busy boutique Day Spa offering excellent Massage Therapy, Organic Skincare and Yoga. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable individual to join our Guest Experience team.

PM and Weekend availability is required. The PM shift begins at 3:00 PM.
Candidates with experience in Spa, Salon, Retail, Hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Daily Responsibilities
• Provide warm, friendly 5-star customer service to every client
• Answer busy multi-line phones
• Schedule appointments quickly and accurately
• Suggest and sign up clients for packages and memberships
• Perform light data entry and administrative tasks
• Maintain retail displays and restock merchandise
• General spa upkeep and cleaning
• Opening and closing procedures
• Assist in organizing provider schedules when needed
What We Are Looking For
• Computer literate and able to quickly learn new software

This role may be Part-Time or Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week) depending on availability and performance.
Evening and weekend availability is required. The PM shift begins at 3:00 PM. Applicants must be available on either Saturday or Sunday (or both) depending on business needs.
The spa industry is busiest during evenings and weekends, which is when we need our strongest team members available.
Position Details
Location: Bankers Hill – San Diego
Compensation: $18.00/hour + commission opportunities (up to $500+/month)
Bonus: $300 sign-on bonus for the right candidate after 6 months of active employement
