Job Description
We are a growing steel service center based in San Bernardino, CA, specializing in sheet, plate, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and heavy forming.
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in steel, metal fabrication, or industrial sales to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotes for laser cutting, plasma cutting, and formed parts
• Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, lead times, and capabilities
• Coordinate with production to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into orders
• Build long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications
• Experience in steel, metals, or fabrication industry (REQUIRED)
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Strong understanding of sheet, plate, and processing (laser/plasma/forming)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
Compensation
