You will manage full project lifecycles, translating plumbing industry and building-code requirements into scalable technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex plumbing software implementation projects from scoping through deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and field stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes
- Translate plumbing industry requirements and building codes into detailed technical specifications for software solutions
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocations using agile and PM best practices
- Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction
- Oversee integration of plumbing design, estimating, and maintenance workflows into APS platforms
- Monitor project performance metrics and report status to executive and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and data security standards across projects
- Mentor junior project managers and support continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Contribute feedback to product roadmap based on customer and project insights
