Duties
Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces
Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure proper water quality and safety standards
Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment using hand tools and power tools
Identify potential maintenance issues early and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with specialists when needed
Maintain detailed service records of all work performed
Ensure all pools meet health and safety regulations through consistent upkeep
Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for pools as required
Experience
Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with pool cleaning tools, hand tools, and power tools is essential
Familiarity with chemical balancing, water testing, and sanitation procedures is advantageous
Previous work involving equipment maintenance or repair will be considered a strong asset
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality service
