POULSBO TURNOVER MANAGER

360 Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable, highly detail-oriented Turnover Manager to help oversee our vacation rental properties in the Poulsbo area.
This is a hands-on, out-in-the-field position — not a desk job. Our Turnover Managers are responsible for making sure our homes are truly guest-ready between reservations and helping handle the many little things that come up when managing vacation rentals. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, notices the details others miss, communicates quickly, and doesn't need to be constantly told what needs to happen next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You’ll be responsible for helping oversee a group of vacation rental homes in the Poulsbo area, including:
Inspecting homes after cleaning and before guest arrivals to ensure they meet our standards
Working closely with cleaners and providing feedback when something needs additional attention
Meticulously monitoring household and guest supply inventory and requesting restocks before items run out, helping with light cleaning or turnover tasks when needed, especially during busy or back-to-back turnovers, Identifying maintenance issues, damage, missing items, or anything else that could affect a guest's stay, Handling occasional onsite guest needs and property issues.
Coordinating and communicating with cleaners, vendors, guests, and the 360 Vacation Rentals team
Taking photos, documenting issues, and keeping tasks organized.
Making sure problems are actually resolved — not simply reported. Having a 'fix it' mindset is key!
Helping us consistently deliver the clean, well-maintained homes and attention to detail that lead to 5-star guest experiences.
SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 15–25 hours per week; however, can gain additional hours after time for the right person taking on more responsibilities.
Availability is especially important during our turnover window, generally between 1:00–4:00 PM, with our busiest season occurring June through September. Monday - Sunday availability is needed, but with every week having 2 requested days off guaranteed.

Live in Poulsbo
Have reliable transportation and are comfortable driving between properties
Are extremely dependable
Have exceptional attention to detail
Are naturally organized and good at keeping track of multiple things at once. A bit OCD is a good fit!
Communicate quickly by text
Are comfortable working independently
Can comfortably lift approximately 40 lbs. and navigate stairs, hills, waterfront properties, and uneven terrain
Vacation rental experience is NOT required. We're much more interested in finding someone reliable, hardworking, observant, and willing to learn!
