Sun Tzu, Inc. is looking for an experienced residential solar Lead Installer or installation crew for ongoing residential solar projects throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire.
We are looking for a long-term installation partner, not only a one-time project.
Scope includes:
- Residential rooftop solar installation
- Asphalt shingle and tile roofs
- Roof attachments, flashing, rails and modules
- Roof penetrations and waterproofing
- Conduit routing
- Microinverter / inverter installation support
- Reading and following approved solar plan sets
- Punch-list and inspection corrections
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years residential solar installation experience
- Experience leading a 2–4 person crew
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to read solar plans
- Battery / ESS installation experience is a plus
- English or Spanish communication is acceptable
Work structure may include:
- Hourly
- Per-project labor
- Subcontract crew
- Long-term recurring work
