What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Welcome with Aloha: Greet arriving guests with a warm, genuine smile, manage the front door, and quote accurate wait times during busy rushes.
- Master the Floor Plan: Seating guests strategically across various server stations to ensure the dining room flows smoothly and fairly for the service staff.
- Manage Reservations: Take phone calls, answer guest inquiries, and manage walk-ins or reservations using our digital seating system (e.g., OpenTable/Resy).
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the host stand and entryway immaculately clean, organized, and welcoming. Sanitize menus and assist with light table clearing if needed.
- Bid Farewell: Thank guests warmly as they leave, ensuring their final impression of our restaurant is a fantastic one.

- Poise Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm, polite, and organized when the lobby gets busy or a waitlist builds up.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using or quickly learning digital tablet reservation systems.
- Professional Presence: Punctual, reliable, and dressed sharply according to our team dress code.
