Line Cook – Zov's Tustin
Pay: $21/hour + shift meal
Full-time / Part-time | AM & PM shifts | Weekends required

Zov's has been a home for Mediterranean cooking in Orange County for decades, with fresh, from-scratch food, a lot of hospitality, and a kitchen team that takes pride in every plate. Our Tustin flagship is busy and growing, and we're looking for line cooks who want to keep growing with us.
What You'll Do
Run your station during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
Prep and cook from scratch to Zov's recipes and plating standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized, and help close it down
Follow food safety, allergen, and temperature-log procedures
Help out across stations and support the team when it gets busy
What We're Looking For
1+ year of line cook experience (Mediterranean or high-volume a plus)
Good knife skills and a steady pace during a rush
Reliable and on time, and you take feedback well
California Food Handler Card (or able to get one within 30 days)
Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
