We are a busy, established screen printing company looking for a reliable, hardworking Loader/Unloader/Shop Assistant to join our production team.
This is a hands-on production position working directly with our screen printing equipment, including Anatol and M&R automatic screen printing presses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Load and unload garments on automatic screen printing presses
• Inspect garments before printing for blemishes, stains, holes, tears, or other imperfections
• Inspect printed garments for print quality and consistency
• Keep garments and orders organized throughout production
• Prepare garments and materials for production
• Pre-Press Preparation, including:
o Assisting with setting up the press
o Cleaning platens
o Applying adhesive
o Preparing substrates for printing
• Clean and Prep Screens
• Assist press operators with daily production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general shop duties as needed
• Follow production schedules and job specifications
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 + years of experience with automatic Screen Printing machines
• Must speak English. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Must be able to identify garment blemishes and imperfections before printing
• Able to follow instructions and production specifications
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move boxes and bundles of garments (minimum 50lbs)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player who takes pride in their work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We need someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and enjoys the screen printing industry. The right person will have the opportunity to learn additional aspects of screen printing and production.
Experience with Anatol or M&R presses is a plus.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Loader / Unloader / Shop Assistant

Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: 7:30 – 4pm with a 30 minute lunch. Hours flex in summer to 6am – 2:30pm
Pay: $18 – 21 an hour, depending on experience
