We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in a research-focused clinical setting. You will provide patient-centered nutrition counseling, develop individualized care plans, and help patients manage health conditions through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
Location: Hybrid remote in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Responsibilities
Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide medical nutrition therapy and guidance on eating habits, exercise, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Counsel patients in person and through telehealth.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on patient care.
Document assessments, care plans, and progress in an electronic health record.
Provide culturally sensitive care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
Spanish proficiency.
Experience in nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy.
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and patient care skills.
Ability to use EHR systems and tailor care plans to individual needs.
Experience in outpatient care, clinical research, telehealth, or chronic disease management is preferred. BLS/CPR certification may be required based on organizational needs.
