Driver Experience a Plus

$23–$25/hour, based on relevant experience
Approximately 20–40 hours per week
Aspect Staging is a growing San Diego home staging company looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help install and remove furniture and décor from homes throughout San Diego County.
This is a hands-on, physical position. You’ll work with our staging team loading and unloading furniture, installing staged homes, removing staging inventory, organizing our warehouse, and helping keep our furniture and equipment in excellent condition.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, carry, and secure furniture, décor, and staging inventory
- Move furniture through homes, stairs, hallways, and tight spaces
- Help install and remove staged furniture and accessories
- Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed
- Protect walls, floors, doors, furniture, and client property
- Clean, organize, and maintain staging inventory and warehouse areas
- Prepare furniture and inventory for upcoming staging projects
- Report damaged or missing inventory
- Follow loading, staging, and safety procedures
- Drive company vehicles when assigned and qualified
- Work independently when appropriate and as part of a crew
Schedule
This position typically provides 20–40 hours per week, depending on our staging schedule.
Applicants should generally be available at least three weekdays per week.
Most work takes place during weekday daytime hours, but home staging is project-based, so start times and the length of the workday can vary. Some days may begin early, and schedules occasionally change based on client and property needs.
Occasional weekend work may also be available.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to our designated starting location
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to repeatedly lift, carry, and move furniture and staging inventory
- Comfortable working on stairs and performing physical work throughout the day
- Careful and professional when working inside client homes
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with varying start and finish times
- Able to perform assigned duties safely and comply with company safety and workplace policies
Driving Experience
A valid driver’s license is required, but previous box-truck experience is not required.
Experience driving box trucks, moving trucks, cargo vans, delivery vehicles, or similar vehicles is a strong plus.
We are willing to train the right employee to drive company vehicles if they demonstrate good judgment, reliability, and safe driving ability.

- Warehouse work
- Home staging
- Event installation
- Furniture assembly
- Construction or general labor
- Delivery driving
- Other physically demanding work
Home staging experience is not required. We care more about finding someone who is reliable, careful, productive, professional, and willing to learn.
