MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – LA HABRA, CA
PAY: $22.00 PER HOUR
FULL-TIME – 40 HOURS PER WEEK
SCHEDULE: MONDAY – FRIDAY
Multi Team Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in La Habra, CA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the apartment community, completing work orders, performing repairs, and assisting with the overall upkeep of the property.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment community
Complete apartment unit turns and make-ready work
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, faucets, toilets, and drains
Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Complete drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-ups
Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete work orders
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the property
Maintain common areas and assist with property upkeep
Use hand and power tools safely and properly
Identify maintenance and safety issues and report them to management
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow property policies and safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
PAY & SCHEDULE:
$22.00 PER HOUR
