We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in making a property look its best. You’ll help keep our apartment communities clean and welcoming for our residents, team, and visitors.
If hired, you will be the first person to fill this customer satisfaction role on our team. We want you to bring your ideas, help shape the daily routines, and take pride in the standards we build together.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Visit four of our apartment communities each week to care for exterior areas and shared spaces.
• Remove litter and spider webs; clean pool and patio furniture, gazebos, community bathrooms, laundry rooms, and office spaces; and report lights, graffiti, or other items needing attention.
• As needed, clean vacant apartments before new residents move in, including windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
• Clean two homes every other week and assist with assorted tasks on the property.
• Clean other properties as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who notices the details, works independently, manages their time well, and treats every property with care. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor and indoor cleaning. You’ll need to communicate in English with our team, residents, and vendors about assignments and property needs.
Because this position requires travel between properties during the workday, applicants must have reliable transportation, a current California driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
