Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Collections – Chiropractic Office

Pay: $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Position: Full-time or part-time, in person
Stadium Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized medical receptionist to join our team near Angel Stadium. You’ll help patients feel welcome, keep appointments and records organized, and support the daily flow of our chiropractic office.
You must be able to speak with patients, answer questions, and schedule appointments in both English and Spanish.
About Us
Established in 2001, Stadium Chiropractic has served Orange County for more than two decades. Our practice provides chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and injury care. We see patients with private insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury cases.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients, check them in, and help them throughout their visits
- Answer phones and schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate patient information
- Collect copays and patient payments
- Help keep the front office organized and patient visits running smoothly
Depending on your experience, you may also verify insurance benefits, review EOBs, post charges and payments, track authorizations, communicate with insurance carriers and attorneys, and assist with Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to communicate with patients professionally in English and Spanish
- At least two years of chiropractic or medical office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from our Orange office for scheduled shifts
Preferred: ChiroTouch experience; insurance verification or billing experience; and familiarity with Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury cases.
Hours, Pay, and Benefits
Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The specific full-time or part-time schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Pay is $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience. We offer paid sick leave, paid holidays, and vacation.
