PLUG-AND-PLAY SALES ENVIRONMENT
We are seeking experienced, motivated phone sales associates to join our growing Home Warranty Services team. If you are confident, driven, and skilled at building rapport and closing sales, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Speak with prospective customers by phone
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home warranty plans
• Build trust and rapport with customers
• Close sales and consistently meet performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM
• Follow up with leads and customers as needed
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and closing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous phone sales experience preferred
• Experience in home warranty, warranty, insurance, call center, or related sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Confident, competitive, and results-oriented
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to earn
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
FULL-TIME — ON-SITE
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
