Pay: $30-$35hr.
We're a precision sheet metal shop building parts for aerospace and commercial customers, and we're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to keep our floor running smoothly and our jobs shipping on time.
What you'll do:
• Run the daily production schedule and move jobs between work centers (laser, shear, press brake, weld, hardware, finishing) to keep work flowing
• Reassign operators between machines and departments as priorities change
• Spot bottlenecks early and fix them before jobs run late
What we're looking for:
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Experience scheduling work across multiple machines
• AS9100 / aerospace experience is a plus
