We are looking for a friendly, professional, and people-oriented Security / Hospitality Team Member to join our restaurant and bar team.
This is not a traditional security job. We are looking for someone who understands that great security starts with great hospitality. You will be responsible for helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment while interacting positively with guests, staff, and the community.
The ideal candidate is confident and observant, but also approachable, respectful, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant/bar environment.
What You'll Do
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor the property and be alert to potential safety or security concerns
Help manage guest behavior and address situations calmly and respectfully
Assist with maintaining a positive atmosphere during busy evenings
Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
Communicate with management and staff regarding safety or guest concerns
De-escalate situations using good judgment, communication, and professionalism
Respond appropriately to incidents and follow company procedures
Complete incident reports when necessary
Work closely with the restaurant/bar team to provide an excellent guest experience
Assist with clean up of tables, floor and tidiness of building during business hours
Assist with stocking, carrying chairs and reset of restaurant after business close

Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a busy restaurant/bar environment
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, security, door, or customer-service experience is a pluss
Guard Card must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment

We're looking for someone who can do more than simply stand at the door. Our Security / Hospitality team is an important part of the overall guest experience.
You should be comfortable saying "Welcome in!" just as easily as you can professionally handle a difficult situation.

Schedule: 3–5 shifts per week
Pay: Minimum Wage + Tips (tips typically an extra $5-$20/hr )
